So after many months of busy periods in my life, I have finally come back in full effect into my photography. I've had a hectic first part of the year with lots of college projects, finals, job applications and even MOVING. Yes, Rock City Photography has relocated. For those of you who hadn't heard, or for those of you I must have forgot to tell, yes, I have moved. I am now coming to you from the sunny state of Florida. Look for most of my shots to be coming out of the Orlando are from now on. I graduated from U of M, took a great new engineering job, and packed up my stuff for a new locale. While I don't want to bore you with details, I do want to throw a ton of new galleries at you, so feast away!
New shots of As I Lay Dying, Atreyu, Avenged Sevenfold, Bury Your Dead, Chiodos, Dillinger Escape Plan, Killswitch Engage, Nonpoint, ...more NONPOINT, Norma Jean, Sevendust, and Velvet Revolver. Look for a bunch more to pop up in the next few days and shots from the Mayhem Festival in Hartford, CT to come next week.

Also, I've finally broken into the blogosphere today and have added a blog to the website. You can check it out here, and there will also be a link up at the top of the page. I'll be posting my random music ramblings as well as some cd and live reviews in addition to regular updates to the website.

Time for a good ol' fashion update folks. A whole SLEW of bands have been added to the site. Sounds of the Underground photos are now up! Bands include Chimaira, Everytime I Die, Shadows Fall, Job for a Cowboy, Darkest Hour, Amon Amarath, The Number Twelve Looks Like You, The Devil Wears Prada, The Acacia Strain, and This is Hell. Also, I dug some old photos out that I had yet to get to from April of Mushroomhead. There's a lot of good shots in there so check those out too.

Time for a much needed, gigantic update. Oddly enough all the photos from this update are not from Michigan they're from the Northeast. Photos from the New England Metalfest including the bands 3, 3 Inches of Blood, Behemoth, Bury Your Dead, Cannibal Corpse, Devildriver, Dimmu Borgir, Job for a Cowboy, Still Remains, The Black Dahlia Murder, The Devil Wears Prada, The Red Chord, Unearth, Walls of Jericho and a special guest jam including members of As I Lay Dying and other members from the festival. Shots of Otep and Static-X from Toad's Place in New Haven, CT are up along with photos of All That Remains from the Palladium in Worcester, MA.

Time for a much needed update. First and foremost, I've started working for the awesome web-show Metal Injection (www.metalinjection.net). I'm their new staff photographer, so you might see my work on both this site, and theirs. Should lead to some good oppurtunities and more photos for you.
Photos from the World Championship tour with Atreyu, Chiodos, and Everytime I Die at the State Theatre have been added. Shots from the Killswitch Engage, Hatebreed, and Bury Your Dead show at the Machine Shop have been added. As well.
